I recently visited Specialist Cars Kingswinford to check out one of their vehicle I saw online. After visit a few other garages with similar makes and models of the car I wanted I was immediately blown away by the difference in spec, quality and upkeep of the car. The price range made the decision to purchase even more easier. The owner Adam was especially tentative providing overview of cars features, history and taking me through the various options to purchase as well as a realistic quote to suit my budget. I was then introduced to Sales specialist Jake whom was very professional and easy to work with making the entire purchasing process straightforward, he work with me to get the financing completed and prepping the car all within a small window to a high standard. The vehicle came immaculate with full service and documentations. In comparison to other garages there was no pressure or salesman tactics for a hard sell at all. The team were very accommodating and made the process through to taking ownership of the vehicle very smooth and informative along the way. Very helpful with the test drive and with the purchasing process when my bank slowed me down. Has continued to assist me after buying the car as well.
